The Nurses Funeral service Centre (NMC) is pleased to offer Grants for the medical staff and midwives starting postgrad research at an Australia University or other approved college institution. The purpose of these Grants is to increase access to postgrad research for the medical staff and midwives as part of the NMC’s objective to act as “a residing memorial” by improving the nursing profession through knowledge. Grants granted in this round of applications are for research in 2013. Grants include the Vivian Bullwinkel Prize and the Nancy Jeffrey Prize.Postgraduate Scholarship in Nursing and Midwifery for Australian Citizens funded by Nurses Memorial Centre (NMC).

These Grants are for research in Modern australia. They are open to the medical staff and midwives who are people or permanent people of Australia; who hold current signing up with the Breastfeeding and Midwifery Board of Modern australia (NMBA); and are residing and working in Victoria
