Media Fellows Scholarship Program Deadline July 30 2012

College can be expensive. We want talented individuals to focus on their career – not their debt.With the Media Fellows Program, the Washington Media Scholars Foundation recognizes enthusiastic and qualified students by awarding a total of $25,000 in scholarships each academic year.

These grants support the academic development of undergraduates dedicated to pursuing a career related to the public policy advertising industry.

Harvard-Yenching Institute Visiting Fellowship Program

Scholarship at Harvard-Yenching Institute September 30, 2012, Harvard-Yenching Institute offers Visiting Fellows Program for researchers in Humanities and Social sciences at Harvard University, This program provides advanced PhD candidates (graduate students and junior faculty members) in your institution an opportunity to conduct dissertation research at Harvard University for three semesters, with access to Harvard University libraries and facilities.

Fellows are also affiliated with the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences of Harvard University, and provided with living expenses while at the Institute. All applicants and university/academy administrators will be notified of selection results in mid-February, 2012. In our selection process, preference is given to advanced graduate students and junior faculty members working in East Asian Studies, especially with a comparative focus. The selection criteria include academic training, quality and originality of the research proposal, depth of subject knowledge and feasibility of conducting the research at Harvard University.
