Degree Program Scholarships for International in Usa

University of Oregon offers ICSP Scholarships for International Students to Pursue Degree Program in USA, International students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional merit may apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP). Selected ICSP students receive a tuition-waiver scholarship ranging from $7,500 – $27,000. ICSP students agree to complete 80 hours per year of cultural service as required by the program. Cultural service can include speaking or giving demonstrations to schools or community groups about the heritage and culture of your country or participating in international events on campus.

Eligibility:

-Applicants must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. African-American Scholarships are offered by the Louie F. Cox Memorial AK Steel Foundation for Undergraduate Program in USA 2013, The Louie F. Cox Memorial AK Steel Foundation African-American Scholarships are intended to recognize and reward outstanding high school academic and non-academic achievements, and to provide financial assistance to deserving scholars pursuing a bachelor’s degree on a full-time basis from an accredited U.S. state or private not-for-profit college or university. The scholarship does not cover attendance at for-profit colleges, for-profit universities or trade schools.

Eligibility:
-A student must be an African-American meeting the Equal Employment Opportunity’s EEO-1 definition of “all persons having origins in the Black racial groups of Africa.” The student must be a high school senior who will graduate from a high school located within the counties of Butler and Warren in Ohio.
-Astudent must graduate from high school in the spring of 2013 and enter an accredited U.S. state or private not-for-profit college or university on a full-time basis (for-profit colleges, universities or trade schools are not eligible) no later than the beginning of the 2013-2014 academic year.
-An otherwise eligible student who accepts a U.S. Military Academy appointment, or who receives a full scholarship (academic, sports, performing arts or other) will no longer be eligible to receive the Louie F. Cox Memorial AK Steel Foundation African-American Scholarship.

Ak-Sar-Ben Program Scholarships for Undergraduate Students

Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation and Horatio Alger Association offers Ak-Sar-Ben Scholarship Program for High School Seniors and College Students, The Ak-Sar-Ben Scholarship Program is a partnership with the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation, the Horatio Alger Association and TeamMates. Through this partnership college scholarships will be made available to young people in Nebraska and western Iowa who have overcome extreme financial obstacles and adversity, as well as mentoring throughout their undergraduate career.

Harvard-Yenching Institute Visiting Fellowship Program

Scholarship at Harvard-Yenching Institute September 30, 2012, Harvard-Yenching Institute offers Visiting Fellows Program for researchers in Humanities and Social sciences at Harvard University, This program provides advanced PhD candidates (graduate students and junior faculty members) in your institution an opportunity to conduct dissertation research at Harvard University for three semesters, with access to Harvard University libraries and facilities.
