Greening Modern australia Capital Area (based in Canberra) operates a wide range of programs that interact with volunteers in realistic actions targeted on reestablishing the situation of the surroundings.
These programs are mainly motivated to improve the ecological situation of our local scenery. However, there is some proof to recommend that the reconnection of people with their atmosphere, through realistic activity, may have a wide range of extra wellness co-benefits. The main aim of this PhD program will be to evaluate and evaluate the wellness advantages (mental and physical) for grownups helping out in realistic ecological activities; such as the effect of level of involvement, the moderating results of group and social factors and the consequences of the characteristics of the offer experience. A combined method strategy will be used that contains quantitative and qualitative strategies.
