Scholarships for Bachelor and Master Students ETH Zurich offers Bachelor and Master Application Deadline 30/June/2012, Scholarships for Swiss citizens or holders of a B permit and Non-Swiss with a B permit,International students resident in Switzerland (Type B residence permit) should primarily exhaust all avenues for possible funding in their country of origin. ETH funding is intended to complement other funding sources, i.e., any funding granted from ETH will only cover a quarter of your study and living costs in Zurich. Hence, it is important for you to secure a scholarship from another source that covers the remaining amount of the costs incurred.

Eligibility:
-Bachelor and Master students, who are Swiss citizens or holders of a B permit, must concurrently apply to their residence canton for a cantonal scholarship. (Swiss citizens from abroad should apply to their home canton; refugees must apply to their asylum canton).
-Non-Swiss Bachelor and Master students with a B permit should clarify whether they can obtain a scholarship from their country of origin, since ETH Zurich cannot support non-Swiss students with a full scholarship. Non-Swiss .
-Bachelor students can apply for an ETH scholarship after having passed the first-year exams. Non-Swiss Master students following an ETH Master programme can apply after having successfully completed the second semester.
-ETH scholarships are usually only granted as a secondary source of finance.
