Doctoral Position for the applicants of South Africa and Namibia in the field of Earth System Management (Environmental Sciences Landscape Ecology Geology and Oceanography),The general objective of the SPACES Programme (Science Partnerships for the Assessment of Complex World Program Processes) is to develop partnership projects in analysis and development in the Southeast Africa Area which will contribute to the formulation of science-based recommendations for World Program Control for the sustainable use of products or services provided by it. SPACES builds on previous work done by German scientists in the Southeast Africa Area and will strive to consolidate the generated analysis competence in World Program Research, while expanding the scope of the current cooperative activities thematically and geographically by bringing in new analysis themes involving additional new partners from areas.
