Masters Scholarship in English for Palestinian Territories Students at University of Sussex, The HESPAL Scholarship is a new scheme between the British Council and the University of Sussex which is centred on building capacity in Palestinian universities by providing young Palestinian academics with an English masters programme in a subject that will benefit their home institution and hence the Palestinian territories. What it Covers The University of Sussex and the British Council are committed to providing one Scholarship per year.
