Scholarship In Architectural Design at University of Greenwich Level PhD Deadline 13 July 2012, The Advanced Virtual and Technological Architectural Research Group (AVATAR) has an international reputation for innovative architectural research. The successful applicant will have a history in ground breaking architectural design and aspirations to design and theorise architectural situations, spaces and projects. The scholarship will also demonstrate transferrable methods for interdisciplinary practice relevant to the architectural profession. The scholarship will also make effective use of new media as a research and communications platform.

Eligibility:
-1 st Class or Upper 2nd class Honours Bachelors Degree or Masters degree (UK or UK equivalent) in a relevant discipline
-For those whose first language is not English or if from a country where English is not the first language , a language proficiency score of at least IELTS 6.5 (in all elements of the test) or TOEFL 100 ibt (600 pbt) unless the degree above was taught in English and obtained in a majority English speaking country, e.g. UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, etc
